Expedition and command placement policy
  • Complete the information questionnaire to provide us with all the information necessary for personalization. A submission will be sent to you and must be approved.
  • The invoice must be paid before the process and placement of the order. There will be no refund if you cancel your order, if it has been confirmed.
  • All "fast" orders (which must be ready within a short time, within the 2 weeks of estimated production), may have an additional cost to pay before production.
  • Carefully check the details of the personalized command, assembly or samples before confirming. No modification is possible after this confirmation and no return or refund will be made if an error has been approved on your part.
  • The images of the logos must be provided in vector, AI, EPS or DST, PXF format. The DST or PXF format includes the format used in embroidery. All other formats will need digitalization or vectorization.

Additional Information

  • TIME LIMIT : We do not guarantee any personalization order within a short time. If an order is placed last minute, we will do our best to serve you in a reasonable time. During the rampéed periods, the reception time is longer than the waiting period for receipt of your order, as well as for personalization. All orders which must be ready for a specific date, must have been indicated.

A period of 2-3 weeks is to be expected for the personalization of your items. This deadline counts from the moment we receive the products. If a confirmation is expected, the count will start from the time of the customer's confirmation. Unforeseen events can occur and extend the deadline. Some items may be not available to order for a period, if this is the case, the customer will be notified. All "fast" orders (which must be ready within a short time, within the 2 weeks of estimated production), may have an additional cost to pay before production.

  • Articles out of goods (Not available during ordering): Some items are not available to order for a break from ‘’ stock ’’. If this is the case, we will advise the customer and inform him of the date for availability as well as replacement options. Articles that are unavailable can cause an unforeseen period. The dates provided for the return to ‘’ stock ’’ are likely to change.
